Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

No refunds

Because the Kids Activity Bundle is a digital product that is delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations once the files have been downloaded.

Why

Digital files cannot be returned after they have been downloaded, so we are unable to reverse a completed purchase. Please read the product details on our home page before you buy.

What you get

8 printable PDFs with 200+ coloring and activity pages, for personal use. Nothing is shipped.

Download problems

If you paid but did not receive your download, or a file will not open, email us at info.thestarinkbooks@gmail.com with your payment details. We will help you by resending or fixing the files.

Failed payments

If money was deducted but your order was not completed, the payment provider or your bank normally reverses the amount automatically within their standard timelines. If it does not arrive, contact us with your payment details and we will help you follow up.
